Digital Products or Services

Non-membership downloadable digital products for one time purchase like:

  • e-books
  • downloadable videos
  • downloadable audios

… can be reviewed for a 365 day period unless stated otherwise on the sales page. This 365 day period begins on the date the product is ordered.

Physical Products or Services

Non-membership physical products for one time purchase like:

  • physical books
  • CDs
  • DVDs

… can be reviewed for a 365 day period unless stated otherwise on the sales page. This 365 day period begins on the date the product is delivered.

Refund for a physical product requires you to return the product in a good condition. All shipping and handling fees charged are non-refundable once the product has been processed for shipment. Also you are required to pay shipping and handling for any return shipment.

A restocking fee of 30 percent of the total purchase price can be deducted from any refund if the following conditions are met:

  1. the product is visibly used and worn.
  2. the product is returned within two and 30 days after the required return date.

A refund can be completely refused if the following conditions are met:

  1. the product is completely broken and unusable
  2. the product is returned incomplete, parts of the product are missing
  3. the product is returned more than 30 days after the required return date

Please understand these strict regulations are necessary to provide you with value-packed products for reasonable prices.

Membership Products or Services

If you are a member of a monthly product or service, you may cancel your membership at any time either by submitting a ticket at our support site, contact via e-mail or by telephone. As a member you are responsible for ensuring a cancellation request is received and prcessed. A confirmation e-mail will accompany any processed cancellation and will be sent via e-mail within two business days of the request.

Cancelled members may request to receive a full refund of any charge made within 30 days of requesting cancellation. If you are receiving a physical product monthly you can be required to return up to one issue for refund. All charges beyond 60 days for physical products are non-refundable. If your membership is to a website or other elec tronic service, all charges beyond 30 days from the date of cancellation are non–refundable.

How to Issue a refund request

If for any reason during the review period , you do not wish to keep the product or service, please tell us via e-mail, at our support site or by telephone about your decision. Please supply these information:

  • your full name, e-mail and mail address
  • the product you want to return
  • the date you ordered the product
  • the order number or invoice number you received when ordering the product

You will receive a confirmation of your refund request via e-mail within two business days. Please allow for processing the refund 5 to 15 business days.
