Dear friend,

You are experiencing problems with your enrollment to one of my online courses? Below you find instructions to overcome the most common problems. Please read through all of them carefully, most probably one of them will help you with your problem.

I didn’t receive the confirmation e-mail you are talking about!

Unfortunately it is much too common in today’s online world: emails can get lost. If you didn’t receive a confirmation e-mail within 10 minutes after entering your data on my website, please try the following steps:

  1. 1. Almost every e-mail account has a so called “SPAM” or bulk-mail folder. Please have a look at this folder, perhaps the confirmation e-mail sits in this folder waiting for you.
  2. 2. Many e-mail providers allow to mark certain e-mail addresses as “not spam”. Please mark our email-address eclass@drawingsecrets.com as "not spam", add us to your buddy list, or follow whatever "whitelisting" instructions your e-mail provider gives you.
  3. 3. Sometimes but not often it may take up to 24 hours for an e-mail delivery. So please wait for 24 hours before taking any other steps.
  4. 4. If you waited for 24 hours and you didn’t find the confirmation e-mail in your SPAM or bulk folder? I’m afraid your e-mail provider is filtering out my e-mail. In this case I can’t do anything. But you could get one of these great free e-mail accounts with Google. Just go to the following address, sign up for a top-notch free e-mail account and subscribe again using your new Google e-mail. You can sign up for Google mail here: mail.google.com

How do I subscribe / enroll to your online course?

On several parts of my website you find a form where you can enter your name and e-mail address to enroll to one of my online courses. Please use one of these forms and don’t send me an e-mail. For technical and legal reasons I am not allowed to accept subscriptions or enrollments this way.

I received a strange confirmation e-mail from you. What to do?

In today’s online world with all the SPAM and security problems I have to make sure the e-mail address you provided to me is yours and you personally want to receive emails from me. That’s why I sent you this special confirmation e-mail. Within this e-mail you find a special confirmation link. To confirm your e-mail address and start receiving my drawing lessons and drawing tips you have to click this link. Please do NOT reply to this e-mail, just click the link.

I entered a wrong e-mail address or had a typo in my e-mail address, what can I do?

No need to worry. Just go back to the enrollment or subscription page where you entered your e-mail address. Now enter your data again, but use the correct e-mail address this time and click the button. You will go through the same procedure as before, but this time using the right e-mail address.

You tried all the tips above but the problem persists?

Then send me an error report and I’ll help you as soon as I can. I receive heaps of emails a day, so please understand: I can only help, when you report as detailed as possible!

Under all circumstances I need to know:

  • - the email-address you used for subscribing or enrolling
  • - when did you subscribe or enroll exactly (please tell me the date, time and time zone)
  • - describe the problem you are facing as detailed as possible

Please put all these information in an e-mail and send it to support@drawingsecrets.com. I try to answer as fast as possible, but sometimes there are too many emails to answer. So please allow up to a few days for an answer.
